On-Site Project Manager

Open Position: On-site Project Manager
Bradford Builders is seeking an on-site project manager to work directly with the sales and production teams to ensure efficient projects that meet client expectations. We offer competitive pay based on experience, performance incentives, benefits, a friendly atmosphere, local year-round work, and 8-5 working hours. A vehicle or vehicle stipend may be available.
Essential Responsibilities
- Visit job sites to answer questions from crews and trade contractors.
- Visit job sites and conduct walkthroughs with clients and the sales team.
- Maintain communication with inside project manager, crews, trade contractors, and clients.
- Work with the sales team and inside project manager to efficiently manage crews and trade contractors.
- Work with inside project manager to ensure materials, supplies, and trade contractors are on the job sites in a timely manner.
- Ensure quality control.
- Ensure proper safety equipment is available and that safety procedures are followed.
- Reconcile receipts and time cards with budget information.
Position Requirements
- Minimum five years’ construction management experience.
- Some CAD experience a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Effective organizational skills
- Valid driver license
- Must pass background check
